Youth Program Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administers day to day operations. Provides intake, assessment, case management and other assistance to youth and their family in need of services. Seeks and maintains collaborations to enhance programs. Conducts outreach and community education programs. Provides supervision, orientation, training, and evaluation of all assigned personnel. Oversees approved budgets for all assigned programs. Coordinates agency activities in area assigned. Keeps current with all local, state and federal regulations which pertain to assigned programs. Implementation of policies and procedures for assigned programs. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications Associates degree and/or at least two years' experience with administrative/supervisory responsibilities, preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Experience in working with families, volunteers, children and professionals. Ability to work well with organizations, advisory groups, staff and the public Transportation necessary with valid NYS driver's license. Bilingual a plus or as required by program.
